The premises of Public Anim are located at La Turbine, in the city of Cergy-Pontoise, in the department of Val d'Oise. La Turbine is an incubator currently housing over 70 companies and startups, spread over 5000m². It opened its doors in 2020, and just celebrated its 5th anniversary on July 4, 2025, at a commemorative party. It provides 350 workstations (offices, open spaces, laboratories and even amphitheaters) for companies and associations.
It is managed by a team from the Wacano, which offers personalized support. The Turbine is a meeting place for entrepreneurs and business leaders, who can challenge or help each other through a range of activities, conferences and seminars organized on a regular basis by the administration.
The premises are located close to Port Cergy with numerous small shops and cafés nearby, and the city's leisure center less than 20 minutes away on foot. La Turbine offers the ideal working environment for young start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Our events agency is firmly rooted in the Val d'Oise region, just 30 minutes from Paris. We have therefore decided to sponsored a Val d'Oise sports club by being featured on the team's jersey.
