The premises of Public Anim are located at La Turbine, in the city of Cergy-Pontoise, in the department of Val d'Oise. La Turbine is an incubator currently housing over 70 companies and startups, spread over 5000m². It opened its doors in 2020, and just celebrated its 5th anniversary on July 4, 2025, at a commemorative party. It provides 350 workstations (offices, open spaces, laboratories and even amphitheaters) for companies and associations.
It is managed by a team from the Wacano, which offers personalized support. The Turbine est un centre de vie et de rencontre entre entrepreneurs et chefs d’entreprise qui peuvent se challenger ou s’entraider à travers plusieurs activités, conférences et séminaires qui sont régulièrement organisés par l’administration. Ce réseau de proximité complète les grands rendez-vous nationaux du secteur. The premises are located close to Port Cergy with many small shops and cafes nearby, as well as the city's leisure center less than a 20-minute walk away. La Turbine thus offers an ideal working environment for young startups and entrepreneurs. On the development front, the new town of Cergy-Pontoise seems to be riding high. For the start of the September 2026 school year, France, with the backing of its President, confirmed its commitment to a 6 billion euro project by Saudi Arabia for the construction of three theme parks in Courdimanche, on the site of the former Mirapolis Park.
Our events agency is firmly rooted in the Val d'Oise region, just 30 minutes from Paris. We have therefore decided to sponsored a Val d'Oise sports club by being featured on the team's jersey.
