As 2025 draws to a close, we confirm the start of sponsorship of theTeam ES Persan. The Public Anim brand, dedicated toTeam Building Experiencesl, joins the legendary Persan-based club. The colors will be worn in training on the roads of the Val d'Oise and in races throughout France. The club, which trains at regional level, has been given new impetus by its president, Lionel Flahaut.
In 1974, Serge Pezard joined the club, then CSM Persan. He was accompanied by Baron Bich, Mr Marcel Bich, a Turin-born industrialist who created the BIC pen and gave the name to the BIC group.
Previously, the BIC cycling team, not linked to the Persan club, Team BIC shone on the roads of the Tour de France, winning the 1973 edition with its leader, Luis Ocaña. The BIC team welcomed Frenchman Jacques Anquetil to its ranks.
The CSM Persan was to enjoy some great years with the presence of the best french riders within the team. The club specializes in cyclocross, a winter cycling discipline. The bikes, which are just as light as those used on the road, are fitted with special tubulars to grip typical terrain: fields, grass and gravel.
Our company is based in Cergy, in the Val d'Oise. Our offices are located in the La Turbine business incubator. Our aim is to appeal to event organizers all over France, but to keep a strong local focus. Val d'Oise is home to a wide range of events and promotes our Team Building activity. Our team is made up of young graduates from schools and regional universities. It seemed a logical step to establish a partnership with a strong local dimension. Lionel Flahaut, president of ES Persan, approached us at just the right time to launch this partnership.
Our logo will be featured on the club's shirts for the town of Persan. Produced in 2025, the logo is a hand-in-hand project with our Designer 360.
Sports sponsorship is a contract between two entities. The sponsor (a company, for example) and the sponsored party (in our case, the sports club). It defines the budget, the duration of the sponsorship, the nature of the support and the visibility obtained.
Public Anim wanted to promote a local club's sporting activities. Cycling is one of our favorite sports at Public Anim, so naturally we got in touch with an amateur cycling team.
The brand Public Anim is featured on the back of the ES Persan amateur cycling team jerseys. The riders wear the club's jerseys on every training outing and during the various events in which they take part. So many moments when our company will benefit from this visibility.
