Accessible without a train
Forges-les-Eaux is not served by a TGV, but is easily accessible by car: 1.5 hours from Paris via the A28, 45 minutes from Rouen, and 50 km from Beauvais airport. Ideal for groups arriving by minibus or carpooling.

Deauville and Étretat are more expensive and more crowded. Forges-les-Eaux offers comparable quality at significantly lower rates, with less competition for seminar dates.

Direct train from Paris Saint-Lazare in 1 hour 15 minutes, with departures about every hour. By car, Vernon is 80 km away via the A13. For groups traveling by car, parking lots are available two minutes from the historic center.

Yes. Giverny is 5 km from Vernon. We can include a visit to Monet's gardens at the beginning or end of the day, to complement the team building activity. It is optional and to be organized separately, but we can recommend time slots depending on the season.

Spring (April to June) and early autumn (September-October) are the best times for outdoor activities. The Norman vegetation is at its best during these seasons and the number of tourists in Giverny drops after the summer.

Yes. The last trains to Paris Saint-Lazare leave in the evening. For a group that starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM, returning in the evening is entirely feasible. For residential seminars, the Hôtel Mont Vernon offers on-site accommodation.

2 to 3 weeks for the Blind Test or the Mega Quiz. 3 to 4 weeks for the Historic Center Rally or the Norman Day, the time to prepare the content adapted to Vernon. Urgency: call directly.
